Are you looking for effective ways to cultivate an innovation mindset within your organization? Looking for a great workshop to help you bring Agility to your organization?

In today’s environment of Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity (VUCA), Business Agility is more and more critical for success. Tools and processes that worked so far seem to fail to cope with the characteristics of modern business environments.

Moreover, the transformation of organizations from traditional models of management and corporate governance to modern models built for Agility must be driven internally. The Business Agility Foundations workshop allows participants to kick start their journey into Business Agility and take their first steps in creating a lean-startup culture within their organization.

After completing this 15-hour workshop, participants will be able to demonstrate an ability to articulate the values, principles, and dimensions of business agility. Business agilists can formulate an action plan for applying agility in their workplaces and can appraise and use a variety of frameworks, tools, and techniques to jumpstart the organizational and individual transformation towards a more responsive, value-driven reality.

Who should attend

The Business Agility Foundations workshop will be compelling for anyone interested in the paradigm shifts necessary to enable organizational agility in today’s innovative business climate. However, professionals with any of the following roles will find it particularly interesting:

  • Transformation Leaders
  • Business Managers
  • Business Change Agents
  • Agile Coaches / Consultants
  • Product Managers / Owners
  • Business Analysts
  • HR Professionals

This is a foundational workshop, which means that no knowledge of lean/agile thinking or business agility are required. Although this is not an expert-level course having some experience with new product development and business management will make attendance easier.

What will you learn

During this 15-hour workshop, participants will attend a number of modules covering the values, principles and new ways of thinking that will allow organizations to enable, implement and sustain business agility internally. More specifically, the following areas will be covered in detail:

  • Why Business Agility?
  • People & Mindset
  • Product Development Foundations & Toolbox
  • Metrics
  • Business Agility in the Enterprise
  • Managing Change

After attending, participants may qualify to become an ICAgile Certified Professional in Business Agility Foundations (ICP-BAF).
