Are you looking for effective ways to cultivate an innovation mindset within your organization? Looking for a great workshop to help you bring Agility to your organization?
In today’s environment of Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity (VUCA), Business Agility is more and more critical for success. Tools and processes that worked so far seem to fail to cope with the characteristics of modern business environments.
Moreover, the transformation of organizations from traditional models of management and corporate governance to modern models built for Agility must be driven internally. The Business Agility Foundations workshop allows participants to kick start their journey into Business Agility and take their first steps in creating a lean-startup culture within their organization.
After completing this 15-hour workshop, participants will be able to demonstrate an ability to articulate the values, principles, and dimensions of business agility. Business agilists can formulate an action plan for applying agility in their workplaces and can appraise and use a variety of frameworks, tools, and techniques to jumpstart the organizational and individual transformation towards a more responsive, value-driven reality.
