The Foundation level ISTQB testing training gives a more structured view of testing and discusses the role of the test process through the software life cycle. The course provides an understanding of the fundamentals, the terminology of testing and also an overview of the different techniques, both dynamic and static. During the training the methods for using various techniques for reviewing are shown. The understanding of theory is assisted with practical exercises.

The Foundation Level Certified Tester qualification is aimed at anyone who is involved in software testing and software quality assurance including testers, test analysts, test engineers, test consultants, test managers, user acceptance testers, developers, project managers, quality managers, business analysts, system analysts and management consultants.
